Shipping policy

Upon receiving your order and within 24 hours, an associate will confirm the availability of the item, estimated delivery time and method of shipping. Your package will be shipped within 48 hours pending item availability.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders within Florida at the current tax rate. Orders shipped outside of Florida are not liable for sales tax.

Domestic Shipping

Express shipping is complimentary for all orders within the 50 United States. Please note that for the security of your purchase, Patricia Robalino is unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels. All packages are shipped for arrival between 8:30-10:30 am with signature required. Exceptions may occur due to weather and unforeseen conditions. Tracking information of all packages will be provided to all customers. For those customers in Palm Beach, FL, arrangements can be made to pick up your item in our Worth Avenue boutique or delivery to your residence.

International Shipping

We are able to ship to most locations internationally. Upon order, you will be contacted by an associate to arrange for delivery.
